PVC Air Release Valve / Drip Irrigation Air Release Valve
Air valve is applied to irrigation system or networks for water supply. It evacuates air during pipeline filling and enables large volume air intake in the event of network draining.
With its advanced aerodynamic design and kinetic orifice, this air valve can provide excellent protection against vacuum formation, with improved sealing under low pressure conditions.
Aerodynamic full-body kinetic shield – Prevents premature closing without disturbing air intake or discharge. Dynamic sealing – Prevents leakage during operation even under low pressure conditions. All parts are fully corrosion, chemical and fertilizer resistant Lower maintenance and increased life span.
How it works
During the filling process of a pipeline, high air flow is forced out through the forceful open the air valve. Once water enters the valve’s chamber, the float buoyed upwards causes the forceful opening to close. The unique aerodynamic structure of the valve body and float ensures that the float cannot be closed before water reaches the valve.
When a pipeline is drained, a negative differential pressure is created causing atmospheric air to push the float down.
During pressurized operation the kinetic orifice remains closed. When pressure and liquid level drop, the valve will automatically re-open.
A PVC Air Release Valve is a necessary element applied in piping systems to automatically release the trapped air and eliminate the air bubbles that may influence the flow of water and the effectiveness of the system. These valves are manufactured using high-quality Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) making them light and corrosion resistant for use in many industrial, agricultural and irrigation purposes. The primary role of a PVC air release valve is to ensure the free and uninterrupted flow of the fluid, as well as prevent the pressure accumulation in the system due to the stagnant air.
Air Release Valves made of PVC are very simple and easy to assemble, and they need very little maintenance. They are suitable in pipelines which carry water, chemicals or other non corrosive fluids. Such valves serve to minimize the amount of wasted energy, avoid the discontinuation of flows and increase the service life of pumps and pipelines. Their body is made of PVC that is non-reactive and therefore lasts long even in extreme environmental situations.
PVC Air Release Valves come in a variety of sizes and pressure ratings and are compatible with a variety of pipe materials and fittings. They are usually applied in water treatment facilities, drip irrigation systems and lines for fluid transfer in industries. These valves have such properties as resistance to high pressure and leak-free sealing, which guarantees maximum stability and safety of the system.
When you need a durable and economical PVC Air Release Valve, you should get the one that would give you high performance and a long service period for all your piping and irrigation applications.

2 inch air release valve
Keywords: 2 Inch Air Release Valve, air valve for irrigation, PVC air release valve, pipeline air valve, 2-inch air vent valve.
An Air Release Valve 2 Inch is a necessary fitting that is applied to pipelines and irrigation systems to ensure that the trapped air is automatically released to ensure unobstructed water flow. Air entrapment may cause pressure variations, decrease flow efficiency and even destroy pipelines. The medium- to large-scale water supply, irrigation and industrial systems that need good air management make this valve 2 inches in size.
The 2 inch air release valve is made of high-quality PVC, cast iron or stainless steel that makes it very durable and resistant to corrosion. And it is designed to operate on its own – when the pipeline is filled with water, it expels the air, and when the system is drained, it admits air. This eliminates the possibility of the vacuum formation and guarantees the efficient functioning.
These are simple to install, lightweight and less demanding in terms of maintenance. Its accuracy in design guarantees leakproof operation despite the high pressure and extended service life. They are normally applied in irrigation systems in agriculture, water treatment systems and in the industrial fluid transportation lines where balancing of pressure is vital.
A 2 Inch Air Release Valve enhances the general functionality and stability of your system reducing energy wastage, avoiding air traps and ensuring that equipment is not damaged by sudden pressure. It is a low-cost and dependable method of maintaining continuous flow and prolonged life of the pipeline.
Drip Irrigation Air Release Valve
Drip Irrigation Air Release Valve is a major aspect of the current irrigation systems, which is created to automatically discharge the confined air in the pipes to maintain a smooth circulation of water. In drip irrigation, the air pockets may lead to unequal distribution of water, damage of pipeline, or inefficiency of the system. These issues are avoided by the air release valve that allows air to escape when the system fills with water and air to be introduced back when the system empties to balance the pressure effectively.
Drip irrigation air release valves are produced using high-quality and corrosion-free materials like PVC or polypropylene making them lightweight, durable and easy to install. They can be used in all irrigation networks, such as farming fields, greenhouses and landscape gardens. These valves will prevent any air blockage in pipelines, drippers and filters that enhance the performance and water efficiency of the system.
The valve will reduce the maintenance requirements, reduce the chances of pipes bursting and make sure that crops receive a constant supply of water. It also increases the general life life of the irrigation system because it stops any wear and tear that is caused by air.
These valves come in different sizes and pressure levels and can easily be installed in any drip irrigation system. The use of drip irrigation air release valve means that the flow of water will be efficient and will also minimize down time and the reliability of your irrigation network can be long-term.
